Yes. We require 20% of the total at the time of project scheduling as well as a signed contract to secure a spot on the calendar. The final payment is due upon completion of the project. 

We currently accept cash, check, and Quickbooks online ACH bank transfers. Each Quickbooks online ACH bank transfers will be charged a 1% fee not to exceed $10. This means if you make a down payment as well as a final payment through Quickbooks, there will be two fee charges. 

We ask that everything be removed from the walls before we arrive. This includes, pictures and decorations. Hawkins Paint Pros will remove curtains, curtain rods, switch plates, outlet covers, and vents. Hawkins Paint Pros will move furniture. Please remove all breakables and valuables (lamps, memorabilia, sentimentals) off of and out of the furniture that we will be moving. If the above mentioned is not completed or discussed before the start of the project, the customer will be subject to an hourly fee. 

Paint will be dry to touch a few hours after the paint job is completed. However, to receive full durability, the paint takes 7 days to completely cure. Please wait at least 7 days to replace your belongings on the walls.
